National Scheme of Incentive of Girls for Secondary Education

All the MEO's/Head Master's are requested please download the attachment and  fill the particulars regarding SC/ST girls students in your school and send a hard copy to this office on or before 28.06.2013 and send soft copy to dyeo_nrt@yahoo.com.

1) For the year 2012-13 who are studying 9th class
2) for the year 2013-14 who are studying 9th class
the above two classes particulars are send to hard copy as well as soft copy as soon as possible

It treated as most urgent/ time bound.

Instructions:

1) The Scheme covers all SC/ST girls who pass class VIII and enroll in class IX in state Government,  

    Government -Aided or local Body Schools in the academic year 2012-13 on wards.

2) All girls who pass class VIII from kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas(irrespective of whether from SC/ST 

    or not) and enroll in class IX in state Government,  Government -Aided or local Body Schools in the 

    academic year 2012-13 on wards

3) the Girls should be un married and below 16 years of age (as on 31.03.2012) at the time of joining class 

    IX to be eligible for the benifit under the scheme. 

4) Account may be opened in any public sector bank preferrabley Canara Bank

         All the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the District are informed that, a meeting is proposed on 23-04-2013 by 10-30 A.M. at Revenue Kalyana Mantapam, Collectorate Compound, Guntur. 

          In this connection, the agenda items are hereby communicated to them and requested to attend the meeting along with the relevant particulars without fail.

1)    Enrolment / Retention for the year 2013-14.

2)    9 to 10 Students – English Language improvement plan.

3)    NMMS Girls scholarship scheme opening of Account with Zero balance.

4) Vidya Volunteers 2011-12 particulars who have worked – Distribution of Amount.

5)    Renewal of Fire certificate in respect of Private Recognized Schools.

6)    Annual Account reports (Audited) of Private Recognized Schools.

7)    Vacation Address of the Teachers along with Cell Nos.

8)    To take necessary action for opening of Account of Inspire Awardees and to withdraw the amounts before 23-04-2013 and to issue instructions to subject teachers for preparation of exhibits in innovative way.

9)    List of unauthorized Private Schools along with address, including Mandal and Habitation.

10)  Particulars of teachers who are Unauthorizedly absent to duties.

11)  Work done statements and tour dairies.
